Rooted in Family, Fueled by Passion
Born in Pittsburgh and raised in Orlando, Chef Tina Aleandri grew up surrounded by the traditions, flavors, and togetherness of a large Italian family. As the 42nd grandchild in a family where her father was the ninth of nine children, food was part of everyday life from the very beginning. For Tina, cooking has always been about more than what’s on the plate. It’s her love language, a way to bring people together, create memories, and make others feel cared for.
From Professional Kitchens to Your Table
With more than 25 years of professional culinary experience, Tina has built a career across restaurants, hotels, catering, and hospitality throughout the Southeast. She worked her way from Sous Chef to Executive Chef and Culinary Director, developing menus, leading teams, and overseeing large-scale culinary operations.
She also spent more than 12 years working with restaurateur Ford Fry and served as Culinary Director with the Ford Fry Restaurant Group at Superica. Her experience includes major culinary events in Austin, Atlanta, and South Beach, along with Taste of Atlanta and the Landlocked Oyster Festival.
Today, Tina brings that experience directly into her clients’ homes through customized meal prep, in-home chef services, private dining, and special events. Her cooking draws from Italian, Mediterranean, American, French, Latin, Asian, Mexican, and Caribbean influences, allowing every menu to feel personal to the client.
